A full-service interior design, including space programming and concept development, was completed for the new administrative offices at The Ohio State University. The welcoming lobby greets office visitors and guests attending weddings and other formal events at the Vitria Event Center on the second floor. The remaining floors are dedicated to office space, supporting the various business units within the Office of Administration.

Modern office principles, such as natural light equity, the inclusion of third spaces for both focused work and team collaboration, and providing a variety of individual work postures, have been implemented throughout the three office floors. Modular walls provide flexibility, enabling business units to adapt to future changes.
